MAINTENANCE
The current owners are the first owners and have maintained the house over the years and under architecture renovated so that an ideal layout was created and all spaces are very well used. In 2008 the open kitchen was realized and part of the storage room was added to the kitchen. The floor in the living room consists of painted solid floor boards of Eucalyptus wood. The house was recently painted internally. The red cedar rabbet boards around the window frames on the exterior facade were recently replaced.
